Sales Support

We are currently looking for a motivated person for our MAN Energy Solutions - PrimeServ Omnicare global headquarter from where the entire 3 rd party business of MAN Energy Solutions is managed and coordinated. As Sales Support you will be responsible for the daily order management of specific service/aftersales products. As a member of the Product Management Team, you will play a crucial role in managing enquiries and orders coming from our international customers as well as local offices, driving the entire process from quotation to invoice with precision and efficiency.

You role:

• Order management for specific products, including preparation of quotations, processing of the orders and invoices in the ERP system
• Effective communication with global customers and the MAN Energy Solutions global organisations related to the specific offers/orders
• Support our partners and subcontractors involved in the order execution
• Streamline existing processes and tools to achieve quicker response times, dependable delivery schedules, increased transparency in order status, and on-time deliveries
• Support product management and regional sales teams to grow the business with the specific product

Your responsibilities:

Within PrimeServ Omnicare, you will be a part of a highly ambitious and supportive Product Management Team. This overview will give you a good idea of what your role will look like:

• 70% managing orders and effectively communicating with colleagues, customers, partners, and subcontractors related to specific orders
• 20% proactively suggesting ways to optimize the current process, always with the goal of becoming more accurate and dependable towards our customers

• 10% supporting product management team to grow the business

Your basic qualifications:

• Min. 3 years of work experience in order management / sales support / internal sales
• Experienced in working with a ERP System (e.g. SAP Business One) or highly motivated to learn and be mentored
• Affinity for maritime industry
• Fluent in spoken and written English is required. Additional languages are advantageous
