Your Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Training Program & PT Network Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding education on all Technogym products to engage fitness professionals, aid customer success and enhance brand loyalty. You will play a key part in leading the growth of the Personal Trainer Network and revenue creation in line with the Go Consumer strategy.

Your Impact

• Lead Wellness Institute Educators to provide market-leading education to fitness professionals on all Fit, Functional, Outrace, Skill Athletic and Group Cycle Technogym products
• Implement and manage quality assurance processes and personal development plans to continually improve the standard of education delivery by Wellness Institute Educators
• Lead the Wellness Institute Educators in creating and delivering innovative and engaging individual and group programing for customers
• Deliver training across the product and solution portfolio as required
• Suggest new educational content for bespoke and innovative workshops and online content following the Technogym Wellness Institute best practice
• Manage training plans and development days for customers to implement development plans and to upskill Wellness Institute Educators so that they deliver the Wellness Institute development days
• Manage the full training schedule for resource planning
• Communicate with Sales Teams and Customers to identify needs and evaluate training opportunities
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships
• Provide training content and tools to the various channels/segment on new products launched in the market, training Key Users as required
• Deliver product knowledge during marketing events
• Assist in the creation of a personal trainer network to develop events and educational opportunities to engage fitness professionals
• Launch new service offerings such as remote coaching and personal training services
