What you'll do

As the Salesforce Squad Lead you will lead a team of Salesforce Developers and oversee projects involving Salesforce platform. You will be the gatekeeper and guardian for the quality of everything Salesforce related within the Digital Organization. In this role you will split your time equally between people management and hands-on development. You will lead by example and attack challenging development tasks while overseeing other Salesforce projects and team performance.

Is this about you?

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Salesforce Developer gained from a fast moving, technology driven, complex organization

• Demonstrable people management experience, experience with performance management, providing feedback and coaching engineers at different stages of career

• Strong technical background, knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, very comfortable building integrations and configuration functions, strong API experience.

• Excellent problem solving skills and experience building highly collaborative teams

• Stakeholder management skills, capacity to manage effectively 'up' and 'down'

• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch will be an advantage

You'll be responsible for

• Leading the team of Salesforce Developers, setting out strategic direction for the team

• Hands on development and active participation in projects as Senior Developer

• Allocation of team members on projects, stakeholder management on deliverables

• Guiding, mentoring, providing technical advice and support to Developers

• Managing the foundational work within the domain, responsible for platform and technologies in scope

This is where you'll work

The Salesforce team currently consists of three members, including a Salesforce architect, a Senior Developer, and an Administrator.

The primary challenge for the team is to facilitate the growth of our Sustainable Living organization. Our mission aligns with our commitment to the environment and sustainability, as outlined in Eneco's "One Planet" plan. We aim to significantly increase the adoption of our eco-friendly products. The Salesforce team is particularly involved in the adoption of heat pumps, enabling our customers to transition to renewable energy sources and reduce their carbon footprint.
