As a Test Coordinator, you are ultimately responsible for the chain testing process within the trading domain. This role is crucial for Eneco because you contribute to the optimization of our energy trading and operations. In a constantly changing environment, you ensure that our testing systems and processes remain efficient and effective, which is essential for our business operations. In this role:

• you will help determine what our testing strategy should look like and ensure its rollout
• you assess where we can gain in terms of quality and discuss with stakeholders how we are going to achieve this
• you are responsible for the test planning, the quality of the testing process, and reporting on the progress
• you are responsible for setting up and managing testing trajectories

Gaat dit over jou?

• Extensive experience with testing trajectories and the functional management of testers
• Proven IT and project track record focused on and within a business environment
• Experience with stakeholder and change management
• You have a proactive and cooperative attitude
• Experience with Azure Test Plans is a plus
• Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM, SAFe, DevOps, Lean)

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor

• You are responsible for directing and coordinating the testing activities within and between multiple teams. Think about ensuring the quality of the unit and chain tests. You play a key role in determining the testing strategy within the domain and ensure its implementation.
• You are responsible for the overall quality of the testing process.
• Your role includes fostering collaboration and improving communication and interaction between these teams.
• You focus on implementing and improving test automation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing processes.

You will be working with 5 different teams, each has their own resposnibility in the testing chain. These are a mix of our own employees and outsourced teams.

Bruto jaarsalaris tussen de €70.000 en €90.000
